Refunds and cancellation
You control future renewals from your account. Here is what happens when you cancel or need help with a charge.
Cancel future renewals
Sign in and open your account page to cancel future renewals. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access normally remains available through the period already paid for.
Refund requests
If you do not recognize a charge, were charged after a cancellation, or cannot access the membership you paid for, contact us promptly with the account email and receipt details. We will investigate the payment and review the request under the applicable checkout terms and law.
Payment provider
Checkout and subscription billing are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. Payment-provider disputes should first be raised with us so we can review the account and resolve the issue.
